Desktop Management with ZENworks for Desktop 3.x

Experienced CNAs and CNE candidates that are performing or will be performing policy management tasks. In addition, this course is also targeted at current CNEs seeking ZENworks for Desktops 3 skill-Enhancement training.

 

In this course, student will be provided with the concept and skill necessary to implement ZENworks for Desktop 3 (ZfD 3) with a focus on the application management features (ie Application Launcher, Snapshot, Microsoft Installer, Directory Enabled Disk Imaging and policy Management features (ie user/workstation/server/ container policies, Inventory, Reprint and Remote Management concepts). Additionally, hands on experience leveraging NDS to use the ZfD application management component and policy management concepts are also included.

 

Desktop Management with ZENworks for Desktop 4 (course 3006) is designed for those who have little or no experience with the ZENworks product family. Students will learn the new features of ZENworks for Desktop 4 and how these features allow easy management of polices, applications, workstations and inventory.
